Want to be on our Hunter Cover?
on May 1, 2010 at 2:35 pmBy process of elimination, you might have guessed that our last cover will be dedicated to Hunters. There’s one small snag at this point: I don’t have a hunter to pose for the cover yet. And, to up the difficulty:
1) The shot that I want requires a flying mount, meaning I need to do this on my own server rather than creating an alt somewhere else
2) I would really like a Night Elf to pose, and I’m Horde, meaning I can’t just spam chat looking for someone
3) I’m on Cho’Gall, where there’s maybe a couple hundred active Alliance players at a time anyways.
So, internet, I turn to you: I need a NE Hunter on Cho’Gall. If I can find someone, we can coordinate over vent and get the shoot done rather quickly. Later tonight (Saturday) or Sunday afternoon is going to be my best shot at getting this done. Please spread the word!

Make an alt and spam trade?

But I have a 71 Night elf hunter on Cho’gall. He the only really ‘iconic gear’ he has is the old Merciless pvp shoulders from 70, so he might not be what you are looking for.

I’d totally do it for you, but I’m not on Cho’gall.
Had much the same problem with my homebuilt. Turned out to be the power switch on the case itself. try taking the board out of the case and see if it boots just sitting on the table.
Also strip it to bare memory (swap RAM sticks to eliminate bad RAM), Or its the Power Supply itself. Good Luck

Well you probably might know what you are doing so these suggestions might have already been done.
Tried booting to a disk?
Like the poster above said, POST outside the case?
Does the board have OnBoard video? Take the video card out if it does.
I can not think of anything else to try… That the guy above me did not already say… (usually I just try things while a system is in front of me and can not remember what I did…)
