Valve stealed DoTa from blizz, and start calling it one of its product (DotA is a Map / Mod for warcraft : the frozen Throne) so blizz start talking with valv about the issue, then they reach to an agreement, so Valve continue its work with DotA and blizz start Making BG with Valve Structure.

Now, the mapmode that is being implemented in as a BG existed before as part of the Bloof Elven Campaign in Frozen Throne. Each side had to control the cart with Illidan in it, and bring him to their base.

This is a reference to a Team Fortress 2 Map. The joke is that Blizzard took the idea from Valve.

@Siah I am quite sure that blizzard don’t own the Dota concept, and that it in fact is owned by League of Legend who bought it a few years back.
